to me it looks like the house is brand spanking new. streets look like new asphalt and the yard looks like it has not been landscaped yet. if it is new or foreclosed, the house is owned or previously owned by reverend left. and there is no way that house has a price tag of less than a half million. if it is up for 187K then i will buy it now. where do i sign?

Is it me or does it look like that house is in foreclosure, or Rev. Wright has no intention on ever moving into that piece of property. A gated community with no guards, $120,000 townhouses within the gates, 40% of the subdivision contains unsold vacant lots, crumbling streets and 2 miles away from the Lane Bryant murders in Tinley Park. That house is probably going to sell for $187,000 after the housing market collapse is all said and done. So let this one go!!!!
