Start w/ just a few reps and build up to 25 or more depending on the time you have. Also build up the number of times you go throught the circuit. When you are going through the circuit 5 to 10 times w/ 25 rep sets of your lower body/full body exercise and 5 to 50 reps of your upper body moves you will be ripped to the bone and in better shape then you've every been at any age.

Way to go Bro!
Representing for us Old Farts! One recomendation instead of resting put a lower body/full body/aerobic exercise between each upper body exercise and go through the circuit with out a rest. Like squats, squat thrusts, jumping jacks etc...
