If you listen real close around 9:45 you first hear the evil sounding voice say "What are they doing here",
Then he say's "This is my house".
I do not believe that this spirit is evil, he only sounds that way because he is trying to scare you out of his house.
From what I saw he was doing a pretty good number on you guys.
It is great capture anyway you look at it !
