Westminster Council's former leader Councillor Colin Barrow gets owned on London's LBC Nick Ferrari breakfast show when Judy from Belsize Park phones in to ask Barrow about his free car parking space. Barrow at first forgets he evn has a parking space, so Judy has to prod him to remember. Barrow can also park his Maserati anywhere for free on the streets of Westminster.
