Healthy, thrill-seeking volunteers of sound body and mind are urgently required for a unique interactive experiment to test human response to horror. During the Mayhem Horror Film Festival, 29 October 1 November at Broadway Cinema Nottingham, and under close medical supervision, the chosen volunteer patients will be strapped to a specially designed wheelchair. They will then be subjected to Mayhems scariest horror films and their heart rate, sweat response and facial expressions will be closely examined and monitored. Patients will be pushed to the limits of horror endurance to test just how frightening this years festival is.
Willing participants have until the 19th October to submit their application for this unique experiment. All volunteers are advised to watch the Thrill Lab information film before committing to the experiment. The film and application forms are available from mayhemhorrorfest.co.uk and www.broadway.org.uk/mayhem.
