You know, that was something Fernando and I had a lot of discussion about. We played with the idea of Jan being super excited that she has her own real life Kamen Rider. That was exciting to me and I wanted that at one point because it's very rarely ever dealt with in any superhero story. But, it ultimately wouldn't have advanced the story dramatically enough. We both agreed to a darker path because it was just better for the series.

when is episode 9 coming out? this series fucking rocks. there needs to be more 100% original american tokusatsu like this.

I'm trying to get it out next week. I have to put the final touches on the effects and the music.

Gotta say, i love this series. I don't really know what does it for me but its really entertaining. Though corny, i like the references. I can tell you guys worked really hard on the series so far. Even though the episodes are short they feel like a 24 minute show. This is the kind of stuff that American tokusatsu fans can appreciate since no one wants to keep giving us what we want which is Kamen Rider so people such as yourself stand up and say "fine, ill do it myself" Thanks for your efforts.

I can see that, but at the same time, slowing down the story for drama can be just as stalling at times. In addition, knocking her out of the story right after she finds out his secret cuts out chances for their relationship to adjust to having this out in the open. Unless she's coming back in someway, which I don't know. If not, just keep that in mind for future romance subplots

The tension comes from the shock of being lied to. If Jay had just come out and said it she probably would've been cool with it.

That stinks, I made my own KR and I am joining Digital Media for my High School and I really want to bring it to life but I don't think I will have the budget or resources for it :/
