Come on Leahy allowed the Bush administration to do the actions they did! CONGRESS makes the laws not the prez. Leafy will do NOTHING. Where was he BEFORE things got to this point. CONGRESS makes the laws. Leafy is looking for a specific DATE! Congress makes the laws - it doesn't matter how many times the media tells us Prez is leader he is NOT the law maker. He knew very well what he was doing. He remembers, but he's a weasel and instead of being accountable he'd rather lie. This is how the entire government acts now. They continuously break the laws than they pass anti-Constitutional laws and won't admit or take responsibility for anything. Then the mainsteam media spins everything so the American people don't know the truth and the corruption continues without recourse. Welcome to the new America.
