Weights belts can be very a very effective way of making calisthenics of bodyweight exercises harder after you have become strong in areas. A set of 20 bodyweight dips compared to 10 dips with weight would provide different muscular stimulation and turn this basic exercise in to a muscle building phenomenon! The same for pull ups, and leg raises too.

  • Whats your body fat percentage?

  • @mrcouch1000 7%

  • You can call this home fitness if you have weights, a dip bar and a weight belt.

How do you get such low bodyfat and keep that lean mass?

  • @92benno92 good question. I eat like a bodybuilder because my physique is important to me!! I want to have athletic ability, but sometimes people pay much attention to their ability and forget that physical appearance has its own path too... training for skill and and training for muscular development are two very different things, but they can be combined together for some interesting results!!! Also training in a circuit fashion will help to burn fat FAST while maintaining muscle mass!!!

  • the ting you training on, what is it called?

  • @MrVebbis96 its called a workout tower if you google it you will see many different ones this 1 cost me 120 dollars including delivery to my home!!!
