Today was my first time being a flyer with Big girls being the base.I got up and Wobbled So much with my legs! Finally i stopped.Any suggestions on practicing Being a flyer With out being at cheer practice

@541Holly if you were to actually read the description of this video you would realize that the girl who is flying is normally the back base, therefore we couldn't do crazy stunts with her because she has never flown before. so yes, that is it. that is all we could do, with her.

I'm 12.. and i started cheering 2 weeks ago, and i always get shaky when i'm in the air.. because we have to put our hands up, and they push our feet together and drop and its sooo scary, but i think i'll get used to it..

yeah you should get used to it just keep your faith in them and trust that they will catch you and slow you down each time. good luck!!

oh ehm gee! that was awful.. i can kind of understand that the back spot would suck.. but all the flyers do.. hidious high V's and the back spot is fat... i think she needs to come back down and continue back spotting... lol
