On this week's show...

It's the calm before the storm that is the Nuremberg Toy Fair but never fear as we still have a lot of cool gear here.

Dynamite had debuted two new battery chargers, The first is the Prophet Sport LiPo Duo 50Wx2 Dual Battery Charger, designed for those who want to charge two 2S or 3S LiPos simultaneously. Designed to be super-easy to use this is a great charger for the sport surface enthusiast. Next up is one impressive charger in the Passport UltraForce 200W AC/DC Charger. 200w of power means that you can charge at a higher rate for reduced charge times. This bad boy includes a JST_XH balance adapter, multiple charge leads, 10-profile memory and more. This is one sweet charger.

Next up from Hangar 9 is a three pack of planes that are being brought back. The Cessna Skylane 182 ARF, based on the most recent version of the Skylane, is an easy-to-assemble, easy-to-fly blast for any pilot interested in large-scale flight. Functioning scale flaps make takeoffs and landings a breeze. Factory-created scale detail like the corrugated control surfaces and strut fairings are realistically rendered. In addition to the Cessna 182 the Hangar 9 Tribute 36 is also back. 3D fun-flying has never been better with Hangar 9's first profile wood ARF. The Tribute 36 ARF is a lightweight balsa-and-ply sport performer designed by Mike McConville and George Hicks, two of the RC industry's most respected pilots. Utilizing a flat profile-style fuselage and innovative Side Force Generators that contribute very strong rudder authority, the Tribute 36 is perfect for quick and easy weekend sport fun. Finally this week the Hangar 9 P-51D Mustang 150 ARF. The he redesigned and re-engineered large 1.50-size P-51 Mustang 150 ARF now features improved mechanical retracts and more attractive scale warbird details and great flight performance. Everything that has been updated lends itself to the scale realism of this model. From the scale flaps for better slow speed handling, to the scale detail including bombs and gun ports, trim scheme and nose art, no other ARF can even compare when it comes to scale realism.

  • Will that 200w charger charge my batteries faster than my onyx 235?

  • @snsrcraceway Depends on what amperage you're charging at now and how many cells you're charging.

  • So, one charger comes with a variety of charge leads and that is seen as positive whilst the other one comes with no charge leads and that too is seen as positive. How come ?

  • @UKHeliBob Dynamite is experimenting with the Duo to see if people like or don't like the extra connectors. Whether this is a trend or not depends how the public reacts to it.

  • was that a UMX Habu at the end?

  • @tinyeyedpete Nope

  • You may want to get your team pilots and designers names right. Its George Hicks not Gregory.

  • its a MIG 15 =)

  • Great video yet again Garry and i'm looking forward to the next episodes in a couple of weeks and hope we get to see lot more of that sweet EDF MIG even if it is an UMX which will have the AS3X on-board no doubt ;-)

  • @HorizonRCdotCom Thanks for the reply. I suspect that most people will see the need to buy charging leads as an extra expense rather than a saving by not having unnecessary leads provided, but the results will be interesting

  • @HorizonRCdotCom I GOT IT! its the umx mig 15 from e-flite

  • @ninjapicklez69 I'm intrigued by your theory and wish to subscribe to your newsletter :)
