Lake Forest (Santiago Canyon) (California) During the day

After last nights fired died down in our area I decided to head up the road further and stumbled upon a fire that may have just been intentionally set. It was incredibly hot and we ended up getting to close. If you notice we are standing on a fence that just as we left became engulfed in flames. I realize we are idiots. My eyes were burning and skin felt like it was on fire.

I was there visiting my son when the fire broke out. After living in So. Calif. most of my life, this seems about normal at this time of year due to the Santa Ana winds.

thats sad b/c when we went up to the fence there was a little rabbit just sitting there "watching" the fire, Chris makes a mention of it at one point in the video. Poor Rabbit

I was at that park after the fire went through, there was a half burned rabbit dead 20 feet from the fence.

im lookin this up cause its wierd to think tat all over the world prople can see what i see and go on every day...kinda scarry i went to that park during the fire..the park was fine but the wooden fence aropund it was all gome..like bon fire wood after u put it out../

All you Californians be sure to wave hello to GW Bush when he flies over your burned up homes tomorrow in his airplane with "Ahhnold" for a look-see then goes to have a 3-martini lunch with Das-Terminator before dashing back off to Wash DC again to make sure he has all the NG troops lined up for Halliburton "Rent-a-Cop" service in Iraq's oilfields. (Remember to vote GOP in November, because GW Bush loves Iraqi crude oil more than he does displaced CA homeowners)
