lol, I had a closer look - it's about four members of Skyhooks at 0:45. Skyhooks were the biggest band in Australia in 1975. They made two number one singles, had a few songs from their debut album banned from radio play (due to lyrical content covering oral sex and masturbating in a movie cinema) and in general, angered the conservatives. Iron Maiden later covered one of their songs ('Women In Uniform'). Skyhooks and AC/DC shared a similar sense of humour at the time. Good times!
