Ted Reviews Nicko's Kitchen

Ted does a quick review of Nicko's Kitchen! Ted loves Nicko, but ofcourse Ted is a little prick of a bear sometimes, so strap on your seatbelt and watch this video! :)
Here is the recipe for Ted's Bourbon Balls!

INGREDIENTS: * 1 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers, finely crushed * 1 c. confectioners sugar * 1 c. pecans, finely chopped * 1/4 c. light corn syrup * 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa * 1/2 c. bourbon * 1/2 c. granulated sugar

DIRECTIONS: * In large bowl thoroughly mix all ingredients except granulated sugar.
Shape into 1 inch balls, roll in granulated sugar.
Store in tightly covered container for at least 3 days before serving to allow flavors to mellow. Keeps up to 2 weeks. Do not freeze. * Makes 3 1/2 dozen balls. About 85 calories each.
