Here is some fun sledding action from our dogsled dedicated center in Eden Mills, Vermont. Nestled between 3000 acres of beautiful, mountain protected wilderness - our special two mile long access road brings our guests into pristine beauty. Our Alaskan Huskies are free-range, non-chained, couch loving, hugable friends who leap into action on our fast trail system. Enjoy the fun! We support ethical mushing and dog care! www.edendogsledding.com
Actually - they are. They are Alaskan Huskies - now used in the Iditarod and other races. Much faster than the Siberians or Malamutes you may be thinking of. The iditarod was originally run in 30 plus days - now it is less than nine because of the Alaskans. These dogs at Eden Dog Sledding are so friendly, fast, and lovable! They don't chain their dogs there - they keep them as members of the family!

i don't know what 'ethical' dogsledding is... as far as i know anyone who sleds takes great care of their dogs.
however, i love the tunes!

Wow!!! I can't wait to visit this place! The fact that you love your dogs and don't chain them AND work towards ethical sled dog care is awesome! Keep it up!
