Here is a video of the Atom Pro processor controlling an Airsoft Cannon. The gun has a motor and a switch. You turn the motor on and monitor the status of the switch. As soon as the gun fires the switch goes low and the motor is turned off. Now off to attach it to a mech! More information can be found at our forum. Search general electronics at the Lynxmotion forum. ;)

  • Two questions . . . I was thinking of buying this gun myself. How did (would) you store the airsoft ammo for it? Also, how does it know when a round has been fired - is there a sensor or its timed or what?

  • This is not an easy place to discuss this stuff. Please go to my forum and I will be happy to help you. Google lynxmotion and forum. ;)

  • fyi, I'm the author of societyofrobots =P

Anyway, I found some people at the trossen forum that owned this gun and helped me out. I'm trying to design it into my system before buying one, so its hard to figure out the quantitative details from youtube vids =P

  • It's about 114g. Glad you got help.

  • There are blue and grey wire, how do you figure out how to connect them to what?

  • plez make a viedo how to make one of these

    thank you

  • Actually another question . . . how much does that gun weigh, and what are the basic dimensions? For some reason all websites claim its 500g, and that doesn't sound right . . .

  • Very very cool Man, I don't get to see too many electronic / technically inclined people out there. Please make more. Take care.
