Endlich ein unabhängiger Test. Aus Erfahrung kritisch ist die Sichtbarkeit der Anhänger für Aurofahrer. Die sind es nicht gewohnt, das hinter dem Fahrrad noch etwas kommt - bei Querstrassen. Also nötig: Hohe (so hoch wie der Fahrer) beleuchtete Antennen - hell hinten!! Die Autokindersitze sind ein gutes Beispiel für den Seitenaufprallschutz.
Besser EIN Test (hier unabhängig) als KEINER! Soweit mein Kommentar zu Vorgänger.

these tests are done by the automobile club of germany - do they really have the best interests of cyclists at heart? The tests are all absurd. The water spray is directed upwards, the exhaust test looks like someone is trying to gas the children and a car is seen hitting a helmeted child on a bike coupling - as if this offered some reasoned testing environment! There is no concession given to the mediating effects of cyclist behaviour. A car is always a potential killer - no testing needed.
