Paolo Rossi profile: Winner of the Ballon d'Or ( Golden ball - Pallone d'oro ) 1982, the hero of the 1982 World Cup was a superb opportuniste, light and clever goalscorer. He first shone with Italy in the 1978 World Cup, then won it 4 years later for the Azzurri. Rossi was a promising player for Juventus at a very young age, but due to repeated injuries he was transfered to Vicenza in 1975 where he shone in serie B, then in serie A. He joined Perugia in 1978 and returned for 3 years to Juventus (1981-1985) after the totonero scandal. (French DVD: Legendes du Ballon d'or)
