Ben Lester, a 21-year-old college student, has been "sentenced" to 21 days in prison FitPrison, that is.
FitPrison is a radical fitness regime designed to maximize fat loss, optimize health, and improve fitness. For 21 days straight, Ben will live at Higher Power Training in Eden Prairie.
"The concept of FitPrison was born out of a strong desire to help those clients who struggle with exercise and nutrition," said Jason Ivesdal, Higher Power's founder.
A Higher Power Training fitness professional will serve as Ben's "prison guard" the entire 21 days.
Beginning Jan. 19, Ben will undergo rigorous workouts and Higher Power's 21Day Detoxification Program. He'll eat high-quality organic meats and produce from NPO Foods and get massages from Halo Healing Therapies staff. Additional "fun, healthy activities" are scheduled, Ivesdal said, adding that Ben "learn healthy new habits" in the experience.
Ben and Higher Power staff will be providing updates on his progress, via both text message and video uploads.
