@sherman115 Someone else asked about hanging leg raises, which are very good. But DON'T do them lying on the floor, which stresses the psoas muscle. When you do them while hanging from a chin up bar, your body naturally aligns itself into a safe position. Use strict form, don't swing. Start with knees bent until you build more strength.

Hi hi! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some great things about it and my m8 got ripped Six pack abs and lost lots of belly fat with it.

@sherman115 Not bad, but you can't hook your feet into it effectively...or pack it in your suitcase. :-)

I Just discovered that using a computer chair is a great substitute for the power wheel!! :D

@ramusic10 The ebook basically sums up what you said in this video, what DoomFist94 and me are asking is that is there any other exercises that you approve rather than having to buy the power wheel to work on your abs? are normal sit ups still effective or are than something even better?

@ramusic10 i know its actually not the best place for this question but what would you recommend for biceps training? Cuz my training looked something like that: 1.)benchpress, 2)biceps(curl) 3,) abs(crounch) 4.) biceps(curl) 5.) triceps 6.) legs. I see the results from benchpressin but i dont really see a result from biceps/triceps...abs are better then before but not much better. However abs arent the most important thing for me. I know u dont recommend the crounchin but i think its not so bad
hanging leg raises?

@mgaye17 Hanging leg raises are very good too, much better than on the floor. In fact I suggest you never do them on the floor, because in that position, they put too much stress on a deep internal muscle called the psoas muscle.

nice vid again and i have a question...i actually want to have a six pack but i want to have more muscle mass too. But if i burn fat i dont really will be heavier.. i mean i dont want to be fat but i neither want to be less then now i am.

@legu333 Don't worry about being "heavier" or "lighter", just focus on body composition, which means the ratio of fat to lean body mass. If you build more muscle with strength work, you will automatically be burning fat as well. Don't waste time with isolation exercises, just build real strength and muscle with multi-joint, multi-muscle group exercises, do high intensity interval cardio like hill sprints, and clean up your diet. You'll be strong, look great and enjoy great health all your life.
