I know of a great product for people who are suffering from this disease. It's packed full of nutrition too. Check out JennsViChallenge.myvi.net. This product is great for anybody and any body type. I know the lists of food is short for people who are celiac, so I hope this gives you one more option anyway. Take Care

I know you posted this a few years ago but the Freedom Food products are no longer available. I checked out the website and it seems as if they may of deleted products from some of the categories. It's a pity b/c my 2 year old daughter is sensitive to gluten, dairy and soy however she totally loves donuts. She didn't go much on the lamingtons and nor did I, when you defrost them the coating seeps through the cake and goes really mushy. The Patties pies are awesome too.

we dont have over here (usa) :(..but i have found 2 Arrowhead Mills products at henreys store! harray.. its an all purpose baking mix..so these holidays will still be great-as far as baking! maybe someone will have those over here

Do you know what frustrates me? I was at a wedding last weekend and I purposely avoided the cake and asked a lot of questions about what contained gluten. It wasn't until the main course came when I told the servers that I had a gluten sensitivity that they LIED to me and told me that my food was gluten free. 5 minutes later, I was in the bathroom feeling like crap and I couldn't dance with my wife or socialize with other people. Pisses me right off!
