My hair is extreamly dry and frizzy. My mom is black and my father is white, so my hair is almost like an afro, and it's very dry and brittle.

@OliviaGul96 This treatment will definitely improve the condition of your hair and reduce the effects of humidity. Depending on how coarse and afro your hair is will depend on how straight it becomes. My client who's father is black and mother is white loves having the treatment. Her curl is only reduced slightly and she can wear her hair down without it expanding throughout the day and also when she ties it up the surface stays really smooth. If blow dried straight, it lasts a whole week!

Why must you take the flat iron through a section of hair SO many times? If you would take it through the hair one time slowly, instead of ten times really fast, it would be easier on your client and you.

@jeancompton1 We are following manufacturers instructions. After going over it 8 to 10 times with the irons the hair becomes hotter and so the product is sealed onto the hair more than if you only did it once. If you brushed your hair over and over it would become smoother than if you only brushed it once. It's the same principle.

Your hair is made up of Keratin, among other things, and this treatment seals in more Keratin to make our hair more healthy. Also, you don't have to get it all the way straight, if you still want your hair curly, but more manageable and less frizzy, let your stylist know, and they can handle it.
