Lorna interrupts Dean's practice session in the basement, which isn't going well anyway because of a problem with his synthesizer, to tell him that Rascal can't play backup for him at his street concert because they would be breaking their contract with Ace Records and she won't let them lose their union cards because of Dean's bruised ego. This only makes Dean angrier, and he and Lorna argue about the band, about everything Lorna has taken away from Dean (his record company, his record contract, his band, his car), and about Dean striking out on his own, which Lorna thinks is a bad idea. She tells him she still believes in his music and wants to help him, and she wishes she had his respect and trust again, but Dean tells Lorna that even if she was the person they all thought she was when they met her, it would be impossible for Dean to respect and trust Lorna again because that person doesn't exist, does she? Thanks to Janie for the scenes.
I love that we get to see Cass & Frankie's basement! :-)
