I don't know what it is about this band, that people can't let go and move on. It's almost like some bad obessesion or something. We, INXS fans, get this all the time.

Michael is gone and INXS still wants to make music.

JD is now, Michael was then. Get over it! Find a band you like, and quit worrying about one you don't like.

I think you're the one that can't grasp reality. Michael was a great singer but he's not here anymore. INXS are a great band and their music continues with JD. Please go away now.

@ltodd5000 We do get it! The problem is the remaining band of Inxs doesn't get it! Fine they want to continue... so continue to make music and quit changing the legacy of songs Michael made with the band. Sing them but quit changing them so they are unreconizable. Your right... it is time to move on -so gee move on already INXS. Leave Michael's legacy alone!

Michael Hutchense was EXTREMELY talented an irreplaceable. That's what it is all about. J.D. Fortune is gifted, but he is HARDLY a MICHAEL. Fans miss Michael...this is normal. True fans can tell the difference between them. I know I can. But I have to admit that J.D. comes closer than anyone else I know at filling Michael's shoes! ;)

I feel that INXS has earned the right to keep their name. And look at bands like Van Halen that have gone through major line-up changes through the years. INXS has been one of the most loyal bands, to themselves and to their fans. INXS IS still INXS, with or without Micheal. But what good does it do anyone complaining about it? He's gone...but they are still here...giving INXS fans all they can give. My hat is off to them for not giving up and letting their fans down.

I almost COMPLETELY agree with you. The only thing is that I was NOT against a replacement because I love the band...with or without Michael Hutchense. I feel that Micheal is truly IRREPLACEABLE...but I have to admit that I truly believe that J.D. is the closest you can get now that he is gone. And I support him all the way! ;)

I was so against a replacement especially JD Fortune,,,but now I think he`s the only one that belongs there.Afterglow is a true INXS song Hutch was the greatest I`m glad they did`nt give up and hope we hear ore because it`s still INXS.

I agree with some of you, however if the old boys of Inxs wanted to rock on they should have done so under a different name, yes true Hutch could never be replaced. The old boys just wanted to rock JD should have made a name for himself. I love Micheal and my god he will always be, I can tell you were I was when I heard of his death, I will always miss his music but thank god he left us with his voice and him. thanks
