How To Put The Firmware On A R4 SDHC

First go to http://r4i-sdhc.com/downloade.asp then get the download thats on the right column and then download it then extract using WinRAR too desktop. then go to your desktop and youll then have a folder named like R4 English V1.09 or something like that open it it should have 3 folders called moonmemo another called moonshl2 and then the other R4imenu and you should have one file called R4.dat then copy them to the micro sd and then put the micro sd in the r4 and it should load up and thanks for watching

hey how would you downgrade to a lower version of firmware? i have the 1.34 but i want to downgrade to 1.21 so i can get Ysmenu. i tried doing it but it just gives me the neverending loading screen when i do. do i need to format my card before installing the older firmware or what? plz help!
