Motorola pager disassembly

This video shows you how to open a Motorolla Advisor pager in order to repair it.

If your screen goes blank sometime all you need to do is reseat the display connector. Or, if you have some bad pagers you can swap parts to make some of them work. For example, one with a broken LCD and another with a bad receiver can produce one working pager.

Yes, it's a round 1/4 inch watch type battery (MC 621) that is mounted 90 degrees to the main board in a white holder next to the round black speaker/
