Ray Dennis Steckler, the creator of such cult favorites as "The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-Up Zombies" and "The Las Vegas Thrill Killer," is working on an eight-part series about his hometown. In this excerpt, Billy Lloyd Williams" -- who died just a few months ago after a car accident -- reminisces about growing up in that industrial city and tells how Steckler's "Rat Pfink a Boo Boo" may have gotten its name.
