This video shows a tabata workout using the Gymboss Interval Timer. This is a great circuit that can be performed if you don't have much time to workout or you can use it as a finisher for your normal workout routine.

You can pick up an Gymboss Timer Here:

  • why are you bending your knees so much??? Ohhhhhh because IT'S BAD FORM.

  • @franchoofranchoo Thanks for your comment. I'm not sure I would call this bad form. There are multiple ways to perform exercises such as the Snatch. You can perform it more hip dominant (with less knee bend) or quad dominant (with more knee bend). Have you ever seen an Olympic Snatch performed?

  • @deibs7ft A nice little workout, I do workouts like these first thing in the morning. Your snatch technique is fine (As you already know) The only thing I would do different and something I find useful is to programme your Gymboss timer so the rest period is first (On top) So when you press start you have the initial 10 seconds to get into position and thus maximise your time on the work interval. Thanks for posting.

  • @BertAtkin Thanks! You are definitely right about starting with the rest first. I should have put that in here. I normally use the gymboss with my clients and have the go right into it. I forgot to change it for this video.

  • what weight kettlebells areu using?

  • @adriancodrea I believe I was using 16kg KB's for this video.
