There is a new report out of Gaza of Israel's callous behavior. 110 civilians were relocated into a particular building by the Israeli military and warned not to go outside. Then 24 hours later the building was shelled and and 30 died. Even if it were a mistake, it showed that Israel is not taking the time to relay the location of civilian safe houses to the people who are calling in the targets.
