February 10, 2009 - San Diego County District Attorney Bonnie M. Dumanis announces the results of an undercover narcotics operation that targeted military housing.
Wow 33 people... too bad 14 of them were legal medical marijuana providers. First your office is embarrassed by the Union Tribune when it is reported there is no military connection like you say in this video. Now you have lost at least two of these trumped-up cases. Quit wasting our money and read State Law!
Wow, they are sooo full of it. The DA set up a sting and entrapped my friend that is a bona-fide medical cannabis patient. The San Diego court system refuses to acknowledge medical marijuana. The DA's office targeted medical marijuana patients and collectives for this so called protection of military families. They should realize that a great number of military veterans are Medicinal Marijauna Patients!
