The key to good marketing is presenting your general product type (flashlight in this case) as absolutely indispensable, which it may very well be. That your *particular* brand is the only one out there is a matter of course for everyone in the ad.
Making blatantly false and exaggerated claims is not good marketing and may lead to legal consequences in the real world.
