Rigina Valieva cavatina of Norma from Bellini's opera "Norma"ノルマ (オペラ)

Rigina Valieva is an opera singer. She was born in Western Siberia, Angarsk, Russia. Since 1998 till 2008 she past all the steps of the Classic Russian Opera School including musical college and the High Musical School of Kazan Conservatory. One by one she won local Russian and Kazan Opera competitions. Now she has great success by performing on the big opera stages and readily participating in popular opera concerts.

Norma is a tragedia lirica or opera in two acts by Vincenzo Bellini with libretto by Felice Romani after Norma, ossia L'infanticidio (Norma, or The Infanticide) by Alexandre Soumet. First produced at La Scala on December 26, 1831, it is generally regarded as an example of the supreme height of the Bel canto tradition. "Casta diva" was one of the most familiar arias of the nineteenth century.
『ノルマ』（Norma）は、ヴィンチェンツォ・ベッリーニが作曲、1831年に初演された全2幕からなるオペラである。主役を歌うソプラノ歌手にとって最も難度の高いオ­ペラの一つと考えられている。
ソプラノのアリア「清らかな女神よ」（Casta Diva、カスタ･ディーヴァ）は特に有名であり、リサイタルなどで単独で歌われることも多い。カヴァティーナ（Cavatina）は楽式の一つ。元来はイタリア語で、「­楽器が奏でる音色」を意味するカヴァータ（cavata ）の縮小形であり、複数形はカヴァティーネ（ cavatine ）。カヴァティーナとは、元々は第2部や反復部のない、素朴な性格の短い歌曲と意味であったが、現在ではアリアやレチタティーヴォ等々と区別して、素朴な旋律をもつ歌謡的­な声楽曲という意味に使われる。また、ロマンスと同じく、抒情的な旋律を表現の主体とする小品という意味で、さまざまな作曲家によって器楽曲のカヴァティーナが作曲されて­きた。
