You can see when the plunger on the bailer goes to compression, you get that tell tail puff of smoke, I think they look better with the duals on,good video.

@freddythestandard true, the 530 JD was basically the same thing as the hesston. However, ove the years, JD has done more engineering and expanding upon the original design than Hesston has, and now has a very good baler.

@nate1294 the john deere patents were bought from hesston, they are basically the same baler. I talked to a dealer and I asked him about hesston baler and he said that john deere bought the patents from hesston so.... nice hesston baler lol

i want to buy a cheap baler like this what can i expect to pay for one that isn't rusted to bad and operates and has air in the tires?

hi we brought this baler for £4000 it needed some work but it bales fine. I haven't seen any go that cheap for a while. They are perhaps cheaper in states than they are in england.

We Bought it in the mid 70's it is 100hp with a 1000 rpm pto.
