Scooby Doo and the Witch's Ghost Tribute

Here it is, a tribute to my childhood obsession, the meddling hound and its gang. Scooby Doo and the Witchs Ghost is one of my favourite Scooby Doo cartoon movies (the others are Scooby Doo on Zombie Island and Scooby Doo and the Alien Invaders). These three have everything needed to create the definitive adventure featuring the loved Scooby: superb and lively animation, great twists, memorable characters, and most of all, real monsters.

Scooby Doo and the Witchs Ghost is the first I watched from these three and my most treasured. The songs performed by the (fictional) Goth Girl group Hex Girls are captivating and delightful, while the allusions to Stephen King through the character Ben Ravencroft, the horror novelist, are priceless.

How I long for a live-action remake of this cartoon gem, with Tim Burton sitting on the directors chair and Johnny Depp as the dreaded Ben Ravencroft

The song I used for the tribute video is the song that plays at the end credits of the movie, Witchs Ghost, included in the soundtrack release of the movie.

I own neither the music nor the movie clips presented. I made this video for fun and not for money-making reasons.

Scooby-Doo was one of my idols when I was a kid. I could never get enough of the movies. I remember once seeing a commercial on TV for this particular movie, and I was so excited that I literally ran up and kissed the TV screen. I already own the VHS tapes, but I hope to get my hands on the DVD versions someday soon.
