Only a true artist can pull of turning a song like She Bop into a ballad. I kinda like this version too. Cyndi is so cool.

@tallcoolone09 I think what ponnef meant is that there is humor in some of the lyrics, and yet this bluesy version is sung in such a serious tone. I.e the part about going blind, and it ain't illegal yet, etc.

Her new versions really sound good. Not like of other past time musicstars, who just put a stupid new beat on it and think now they can enter the charts again.
She's a real musician.
