A comic strip film noir featuring hardboiled gangsters, double crosses and dead blondes. Written and animated by Alan Moore and Lloyd Thatcher. Music by The Sinister Ducks. Edited by Vile Balloon on a overcast Saturday as the rain pounded on the ground like a meaty fist into a face.

Beautiful! Bravo! This was a big favourite of mine and my friends way back when. ''Here's blood in your eye!'' became a favoured expression. Animating the fold-out comic 7'' record sleeve was a stroke of genius. Love it. Very, very cool tune.

Was just reading the Extraordinary Works of Alan Moore and saw the original strip and thought "someone should put that stip to the music track". Sure enough here it is and VERY well done too. Thanks and good work!

Hearing The Sinister Ducks (Alex Green, David J & Alan Moore) again is wonderful. Seeing Gary Leach's comic strip adaptation of the lyrics unfold before your eyes is magic. Great job!
