His real name is Glen Mathews because that's his name in real life, when I was obsessed with scrubs I read an interview with the director and he dropped that hint, then found out who played as the janitor.

Surely If his character supposedly did star in "The fugitive" then his real name would be Neil Flynn? Is he not just playing a version of himself where his career as an actor failed? hmmm...
Either that or he just did a typical janitor and lied to the casting people of the film :)

To make this clear: Glenn Matthews is probably his name. Its a reference to Clone High where the Janitors name is Glenn. Sarah Chalke works on it as well and so did some other characters.
