@SnipinAngel phenom 8850 with hd 5770 can run ultra bf3 at 20 fps which is unoptimized the quad wll run at 30 fps so pick the quad (I have the tri)

which processor the one this guy is using, the AMD Phenom 8850 Triple Core (2.5Ghz)x(3) or the AMD 9750 2.4 GHz X4 quad core? anybody? i think the 8850 has a bit less cache memory

Intel , based platforms may have more latency but ,they have more speed than a amd , not a lot interms of ghz but far more in terms of cache, and most intel(except core 2 duo) have hyper threading too which equals to better multi tasking and more speed in processor heavy tasks like video edditing...., and if people really wan to compare , compare a gulfton with a phenom x6 whith same specs , and no cheating with ati graphic cards.
