My official title is "first line support analyst"... which means pick up the phone when some calls with IT troubles. Luckily for me its business2business, which means I know what kind of setup they have and I can share their screen to help out.
Friend of mine does did a similar thing, but for customers of an ISP, so he didn't have a clue what system people were running or what they were looking at on the screen.

With English I didn't cheat, I helped out the others cheating though. But with German or French we did the same trick, and I'd be the one cheating (still no good at German nor French).

Which subjects do these teachers teach? I see a history teacher with a heavy German accent in my head, don't know why :P
