He doesn't have to apologize to bleach. Bleach isn't person, it is just a comic book and an anime. So apology to Kubo is sufficient. Anyone who thinks he should do more than that. Well you know what. In December of 2012, all humans laws will be defunct and devoid as our autonomy from the Annunaki will be expired. The problem isn't what was drawn, but the fact the way it was drawn was directly copied from Bleach. There's a difference between drawing something similar to a panel and tracing the exact panel, detail for detail.
