Unexplainable Security Tape

My father works for the police and his friend watches the security cameras at a local cemetery. One night he apparently captured this footage. We think it was a prank pulled by some teenagers or a gang. After the footage was taken, it was reported that the camera was destroyed, wires hanging and all. My father is trying to find the person that did this but they can't find any trace of evidence. This really creeps me out because this is raw footage, no effects added.
