The minutemen have no legal standing to interfere with actual immigration. Crawling over or under a fence is against the law. We have a hard enough time tracking legals that become violent criminals. Should an illegal become one, its 10 times harder to find them. In many instances they pay no social security, no Federal or State taxes. Just sales tax when they buy something. It is a safety issue and an economic drain. The government wastes BILLIONS on Iraq but wont spend a dime on the border.

this country's already overrun with immergrants just look around . what white, black, asian or middle eastern people where indigenous to america. how do you think the Natives felt when all the undesirables flocked in from europe, plundering the resources killing them for walking on there own land . as I see it everyone in the country is an immergrant with the exception of the "NATIVE" Americans. get over it if it weren't for immergrants you wouldn't be here.

The Minutemen don't actually detain, order or even touch anyone. They just call the police when they see border crossings. They carry firearms for their own protection because the border is extremely dangerous because of the drug trade and human trafficking from Mexico. There was actually an incident a while back where a Minuteman found a Mexican dying of thirst and ended up getting kicked out of the Minutemen because he broke their strict nonintervention rules by taking him to the hospital.

we mexican citizens are just victims of an opressing system that has forced us to do this,we do not want to leave our families and homeland, but we have to do it,it is a matter of survival, some do it by stealing public money and resources like gold and oil,we do it by working were we can get paid enough to provide for our family,i bet you would do it to,if you had the need...

I can't tell if this is pro-mexican immigration into the U.S. comment or not. An important word in part 1 is "within". It's not "into" or "out of".
An important point in part 2 is it says you can leave, not where you can go to.

I am sorry to hear that you were homeless,
but I am an American born Mexican that was also homeless and if you think my family received help because of our skin color then you are mistaken. We had to pick ourselves up by our bootstraps.

Stop raping the nation of Mexico and maybe their citizens will stop fleeing into the U.S.
