Gut punching conditioning; beating the torso prior to submission fighting matches; all done at in one workout session. Anyone want to count how many punches connected?

  • oh.. wel i dont know much about boxing but your left jab is amazing!

  • @dacksendian Ha! Thanks for the note. I'll tell my opponent you like his punching. I'm the one on the receiving end of that jab.

  • @TheMatBeast o!! sorry man! but you have got to admit it that his left jab is pretty good

  • @dacksendian Hey - no worries. His jab, right cross, uppercuts and hooks are all outstanding. I'm impressed how he can continue to throw such outstanding combinations as long as he does without jamming up his wrists.

  • Well, pretty much throughout the beginning I was about to comment on the "softness" of the punches. But afterwards it really does pick up

    Props, very well done.

I do karate, so, when I have to do this, we do it bareknuckle. You should try it once in a while. That way the punches are not blunt anymore, they become sharp. I have no idea if that makes the conditioning better or worse, but I don't feel any pain afterwards, it feels great, and it really toughens you up.

  • @DaBhaalspawn Thanks for your note. This particular video was the first in my series when I started to focus on taking punching to help build the core. I also practice martial arts -- MMA mostly. Take a look at some of my more recent videos and you will notice a huge ramp-up in the power behind the punching and its all bare knuckle now.
