@maharawj Organic non-GMO soy is actually good for you. Even Natural News' Mike Adams has conceded this. Processed soy - organic or GMO - is not good for you. Same with sugar. Raw sugar cane juice is very good for you, but processed forms of sugar - refined white sugar, HFCS, agave nectar - are bad for you. And same with stevia. Organic non-processed stevia is good for you. Processed stevia - especially the faux-"stevia" products Truvia, PureVia, Stevia Extract In The Raw - is bad for you.
I support HSUS and - to a lesser extent - the Weston A. Price Foundation. Both organizations do an excellent job of advocating the humane treatment of animals and the ending of factory farming, but in my opinion HSUS is more credible than the WAPF in that HSUS doesn't offer the whackjob dietary advice that WAPF offers.
@122172639 I totally agree. SOY is not fit for consumption sadly Vegans will attack you(and even vegans like me) they don't know that Soy and meat industry are hand in glove. Monstanto larges producer of GMO soy also produces rGBH that increases dairy production. Cargill 1 of the largest producers of processed soy(almost all soy milk is made from their bulk soy flour) also is one of the largest producer of processed meat products. and vegans Think Danger of soy is some meat industry propaganda
@maharawj Why produce all those grains and worse, soy (which is neurotoxic; 10g/day is the upper limit of ULTRA fermented tofu, the stuff that smells like a petri dish of candida grown for a month) when that land could be used for HEALTHY crops, the kinds that we used to forage before we killed masses of animals' homes in deforestation to grow SOY? Monsanto LOVES your veganism. Suits them just fine since over 95% of all corn, 97% of soy, 94% of canola, & ~80% of cotton are theirs. Wheat's next.
and to top it they started bashing vegans. As that would attract the meat eaters. They love it when vegans are being bashed so HSUS did ,that saying veganism is not practical(they spend donated funds to bash veganism they have written and spread articles with such arguments) and also showing how people do not need to veganism, "humane certified" farms by HSUS will ensue the animals are being take care of well. So people can indulge in corpse munching without any guilt whatsoever.
HSUS is simply going to become the "monitor" as "humane" farms will have to be monitored. and all the people at HSUS will make a living out of it.
They themselves do not claim to be a vegetarian(forget vegan) organization.and they are only animal welfare org not an animal rights org.
They use tonned of donations to make people less guilty about their meat eating habits. People started felling guilty because of vegans and the activism we did. Hsus just took veganism a huge step back. And to top
My take on HSUS is that maybe its been hijacked. Wayne calls himself great friends of the Biggest Meat "farmers" in the USA. they hang out together and I am sure the "humane" plan is the plan B.
The Plan A of propaganda and lies is not working people are going vegan. so now plan B that is being executed through HSUS and other "welfare" organization. is just to stop the movement.
For crying out loud 100 years ago meat was "humane" but they got greedy, how long HSUS guidlines will be followed.
im vegan and your crap is killing me. please consider a mask or a dentist. we don't need visuals and sound effects. oh is that how it works??? dork!
