@honda4004 I dont see any neutron detection apparatus. the water here is a coolant and not undergoing any chemical change into hydrogen and Oxygen. liquid pure water is mildly acidic and not a conductor of charge. negative charge would be evidence of excess electrons. there will be no loss of protons without fusion and the creation of helium. Helium and Hydrogen are the first atoms you learn about in physics and chemistry (had em both) because they are the most simple.

Neutrons in hydro. fusion can only be achieved when 2 hydrogen fuse into one helium. if your getting neutrons you must also create helium. helium is what's left after a neutron is released from 2 fusing hydrogens and the proton is converted back into light subject to e=mc^2.
To be getting hydrogen fusion you would have to be injecting hydrogen into the plasma... A Farnsworth Fusor. the water here as he says is nothing but a coolant and undergoes no chemical or atomic change or change of charge

hi have you made negatively charged water .if not you have the encaesd wall the water is in as the anode which i presume you are doing.would you have any advice on how to make a plasma ignition.thank you
Hi, what you mean negatively charged water?
For plasma ignition just need to prepare solution and immense 2 tungsten electrodes, and connect 250 V DC.
