@moritsumi87 What do mean speed is eseless ? I think aikido just lost the meaning of real martial art, and infect other styles , like iaido. Just stop this.

Bad form can hide behind fast moves, Moving slow and perfecting form can give you the skills of a surgeon with a katana, The speed will be their when you need it. I have seen a Iaido Sensei pull a foam sword and strike a man on the side of his neck in the time the guy was just starting to move his sword hand. the guy had no chance. Speed is good, but never a replacement for skill.

Wrong. The real point of Iaido is to practice cuts that would be effective in combat. Alot of form practitiones sometimes forget this and just concentrates on how well the form looks or tradition alone.
