Representative Ron Paul (TX) provides his insight and analysis on HR 2454 "American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009" also known as the Waxman Markey bill. HR 2454 seeks to implement a federal Cap and Trade scheme onto both American business and individuals in the form of "carbon offset credits". The bill passed the House on Friday, June 25th, 2009 by a vote of 219 aye 212 nay. The bill now moves on to the Senate where some are expecting it to encounter a tougher road in its current incarnation.

Also of note, House Democrats drafted a last minute 300 page amendment at 3:00a.m. EST the morning just prior to the vote. This in turn led to Minority Leader John Boehner (R-OH) attempting to read the entire amendment from the well after it was discovered missing from the official House floor copy.

Oh yes it matters a lot as you see the only lobby working to destroy America's constitution is the Israeli lobby. These are the communist who were hunted in the 30's, 40's, 50's & 60's. They'd had family members move to the U.S. Once the kids grew up these jews would use their money contacts & influence to get into key places. Great, you are still arguing from a point of logical fallacy. Just because you have had or through research draw a negative conclusion on Jewish people does not somehow equate to all Jewish people being the cause of the problem.

By all means, believe as you will, however the philosophy which you espouse is classical "cannot see the forest through the trees" and does nothing positive for individuals who desire more liberty and desire to restore the Republic.
