I think this is China Airlines. I just flew back on Air China to JFK and, the airplane didn't have this paint.

@blueb0g hello,I'm from Taiwan. The logo of China Airlines is a plum blossom,which is also the national flower of Taiwan,ROC. PRC cannot stand a plane with an ROC flag be together at the same airport,that's why CAL changed its logo an livery in 1995
