TUNZA International Youth Conference 2007 - Day 1

Day 1:
August 27, 2007. On the first day of the conference, there was a big Opening-Ceremony in which the new Tunza Logo and the new Tunza-Song were presented. In the afternoon the participants visited several workshops, considering the worldwide problem of the climatic change.

The Tunza International Youth Conference is a global youth forum of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). 2007 the conference is held in Leverkusen, Germany, the headquarters of UNEP's long-term partner - Bayer AG. The Conference theme: Technology in Service of the Environment.
