Deep brain stimulation might be the cure. But research are still needed very much for Parkinson's and other neurodegenerative diseases. They are really disabling and debilitating.

Absolutely fascinating.

Can somebody explain in a physiological way how this it works? Why with certain colors, the condition of the patient turns better: what is happening in the neurological system? I would be glad if a doctor or a medicine student can answer this.
As a medicine student i will thank you a lot!

The color blue in this video has a frequency equivalent that is a G#. According to research at the Institute of BioAcoustic Biology the following information pertains:
this color relates to globus pallidus
The globus pallidus (Latin for "pale globe") also known as paleostriatum, is a sub-cortical structure of the brain. Topographically, it is part of the telencephalon, but retains close functional ties with the subthalamus - both of which are part of the extrapyramidal motor system.

HI there
Interesting video. Would like to know the theory behind this therapy. Could you point me in the direction of any research or a study on this therapy.

Unfortunately I cannot help you as I know of no research. More disappointingly, I have not been able to generate any interest in researching this effect despite several years of trying.
