passive slow+ red slow + e slow + frozen mallet slow = nerf pwease

This was ok, but personally, after a straight week fo Sejuani, I prefer not to get wriggles on her. Kinda useless. And I tend to just get 3 points in w, getting 1 point in q at level 2, and after I get 3 points in w, I max out my e for more power in ganks, after my e is maxed I max w and then q, prioritizing ulti

Does the slow on Frozen Mallet stack? otherwise I really don't see the point in getting it since she has a passive slow.

@NovaDon130 Item slows DO stack with champion based slows (a common slow stacking that comes to mind would be a skarner who buys trinity force/FM), so mallet will stack with sejuani's passive. Mallet + sejuani passive will not give a 50% slow, it gives like a 40-44% slow. This is because they stack multiplicatively, not additively.
